ARE YOU A BEGINNER? YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT YOU ARE WELCOME TO EXPERIENCE ANY OF OUR CLASSES!
JUST LET US KNOW YOU'RE NEW TO YOGA AND WE WILL BE SURE TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE CLASS IN A WAY THAT'S APPROPRIATE FOR YOU. OUR STUDIO SPECIALIZES IN GIVING PERSONAL ATTENTION AND PRECISE INSTRUCTION SO YOU LEAVE FEELING REVITALIZED, INSPIRED, & PEACEFUL. OUR GOAL IS TO SHARE ALL 8 LIMBS OF YOGA WITH OUR COMMUNITY; ENCOURAGING CLARITY, GOOD HEALTH, AND INNER STRENGTH.
We kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat to class. We will no longer be providing rental mats for sanitary reasons, but we do sell some really great eco-friendly mats for your convienence.
