Yin Yoga will be held the following Sundays 4-5:30pm w/Kelly Fitzsimmons

Through Yin Yoga we can start to bring balance to our hectic lives by slowing down and letting go.
Allowing ourselves to soften and release the tension that gets built up over time.
In this special 90 minute class we will explore supported stretches infused with essential oils and calming music to further unravel and untangle.
By holding stretches for longer, we will create space and openness where there was once tightness and tension, starting our week feeling relaxed and renewed.
