Learn the basic fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. This is a great way to start a yoga practice without the intimidation a group class or for students who want to brush up on the basics. The focus will be on proper alignment of basic yoga poses, using breathing techniques and other tools of yoga. We will also explore yogic philosophy in order to understand the practice holistically and appreciate its meditative qualities. Upon completion, students will be ready to enter our group classes. This course is limited to 10 people.
