Learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Yoga practice in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. In our 6 week course students will learn Sun Salutations and the fundamental standing asanas (postures), breathing techniques, subtle anatomy, and some basic philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga method. This course will also introduce the concept of the Mysore style approach to learning. This class is limited to 10 students to allow for more individual care. This course is absolutely wonderful for those wanting to learn true Ashtanga Yoga. We hope you can join us!
