Come join us for “Yoga Nidra” a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you into a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping in the minimum amount of time. Yoga Nidra is equal to four hours of ordinary sleep. You will experience a beautiful and peaceful journey of sensations, awareness, energy, and radiant vibrations. As you revitalize and rejuvenate the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your being.
